Magnun Sess Premium is one of the best evoos in the world, according to Flos Olei
Another year, Flos Olei has selected Magnun Sess Premium among the best extra virgin olive oils in the world. The twelfth edition of this international publication gathers olive juices from 500 companies from the five continents and, among all of them, our olive oil has risen with 82 points out of 100. We keep on climbing steps until we reach the Mecca of the olive oil!
For the second consecutive year the Flos Olei Guide has selected Magnun Sess Premium as one of the best extra virgin olive oils in the world. Among 714 excellent olive juices from 54 countries, our Picual single variety has obtained 82 points out of 100.
We are very happy because this publication, one of the most popular internationally in the olive oil field, has valued the organoleptic qualities of Magnun Sess Premium positively. The impeccable production of this early-harvest olive, its intense fruitiness and complexity have seduced a renowned panel of tasters coordinated by the food and wine journalist and expert taster, Marco Oreggia, together with Laura Marinelli.
An excellent product
These 82 points, two more than last year, encourage us to continue improving in all the phases involved in obtaining the olive juice to offer an excellent product to our customers.
Not in vain, this is a very important triumph for us because only the extra virgins with more than 80 points appear in this header publication that, in the present edition, offers a general vision of the cultivation of the olive tree in the 5 continents.
Thank you, Marco Oreggia and company, and congratulations to the rest of the extra virgin olive oils participating in Flos Olei!
About Flos Olei
Flos Olei is the first international guide dedicated to the oil producing companies all over the world and to their olive juices, selected with much care.
Published in two languages (Italian-English and Italian-Chinese) and with an online version, its 884 pages gather interesting information about 500 olive oil producers, as well as a map of the Spanish and Italian olive growing sector at regional level, accompanied by historical, cultural, production data, typical varieties and areas covered by protected designations of origin.
The Guide Flos Olei 2021 also contains a gastronomic version of the olive juices. Besides their respective tasting notes, it shows gastronomic harmonizations ordered by punctuation and by geographical position. Without a doubt, this publication responds to the need to create a product that brings freshness and vitality to the publishing scene in a very delicate sector such as the olive-growing industry.
