[RECIPE] Chromatic salad
When the weather is hot, your body asks for cold. At that moment, we put aside the winter meals and replace them with fresher dishes. We do not stop eating foods rich in proteins, vitamins and other nutrients necessary for the good functioning of our body. Salads are postulated as the gastronomic proposals most helped! With evoo, of course!
When mercury marks high temperatures, body is grateful for refreshing foods. A basic necessity is not at all incompatible with the eating of healthy, nutritious and low-calorie foods that, in addition to hydrate us, contribute to making this season more comfortable.
Today we have prepared this Chromatic Salad, a culinary proposal in which ingredients rich in vitamins and proteins coexist in perfect harmony, as well as other essential nutrients that contribute to keep our organism in great shape.
Black olives share the leading role in this preparation. Until very recently, the enjoyment of these small foods was mainly limited to the aperitif. Although, from a time to this part, the application in the kitchen has become much more profuse and a culinary future is glimpsed that goes through its fusion in tapas or tasty and creative dishes.
- 12 crab sticks.
- Cherry tomatoes.
- Mixed lettuce.
- Black olives.
- Half a Reineta apple.
- Cured cheese (to your taste).
- Extra virgin olive oil Magnun Sess Superior (to your taste).
- Fine salt (to your taste).
- Pepper (to your taste).
- Parsley (to your taste).
- Oregano (to your taste).
First, we chop up the ingredients and put them in a bowl.
Then, we make a vinaigrette in a bottle. To do this, we apply the very traditional formula of “3:1”, that is, for every three spoonfuls of Magnun Sess Superior olive oil we add one spoonful of vinegar. It is important that the ingredients are kept at ambient temperature, as the colder the olive oil, the more difficult it is to obtain a correct fusion.
Then add the salt, pepper, parsley and oregano.
Finally, we stir the composition so that the sauce is well distributed all over the dish.
We put the amount of salad we want on a flat plate. We accompany it with a piece of bread (or not). Nothing is written about taste.
