Our PREMIUM Extra Virgen Olive Oil has the following technical profile:

Picual variety: Its name comes from the small point, or ‘pico’ in Spanish, at the end of the fruit or olive it produces. This variety is highly regarded due to the quality of the oil extracted, and is noteworthy for its high proportion of oleic acid.

Markedly green: with predominate green leafy and intense fruity notes.

Fresh grass and herbaceous notes with a tomato highlight that enhances its complexity.

On the palate: presents green and herbaceous attributes and final, lingering pepper and green banana notes.

ORGANIC

Our ORGANIC Extra Virgen Olive Oil has the following technical profile:

Picual variety: organic (using only natural fertilisers)

Complex, fruity, and herbaceous: presenting tomato and artichoke attributes.

Nutty notes: almond highlights.

Complex aromas of ripened fruit: Medium intensity spicy and bitter flavour.

Green and herbaceous attributes: in addition to final pepper and green banana notes.

Our SUPERIOR Extra Virgen Olive Oil has the following technical profile:
